Reignite Education: Bursaries for Boys in Rural Uganda

Reignite Education is here to change that. This initiative provides school bursaries to boys from low-income, underserved rural communities—specifically those on the brink of dropping out. We believe that no child should have to choose between education and survival. The Crisis We’re Addressing

While global attention often focuses on girls' education—which remains critical—there’s an overlooked crisis involving boys. In Uganda, especially in rural areas, many boys are pulled out of school to work, help support their families, or due to sheer financial strain. How the Bursary Program Works

Why Boys?
